NextGen Continuous Railing™ is a free-standing, non-penetrating railing system which is designed to protect roof edges, hatches, skylights and other equipment, and also create an architectural appearance. The system consists of NextGen 3000™ Universal bases and posts which support continuous top and mid rails connected by galvanized couplings. The 58-pound bases and posts are connected together with the universal base sockets. Standard pipe size is 1.66" OD, This system is easy to install and exceeds OSHA standards for rooftop fall protection. Toe Boards / Kick Plates are also available.
Rails and Bases are available in Galvanized finish or durable TS-22 coating - Yellow finish is standard and Custom Colors are available.
Note: Minimum 5 ft. returns are required at terminations to satisfy OSHA standards.

Installation: Tie-off according to OSHA Standards Remove stones from roof at base location Place bases 18 in. from the roof edge Assemble railing posts with drop in fittings and cap Insert posts into base socket Install top and mid rails into drop fittings Connect railings with type 14 coupling Tighten nuts on base Install 5 ft. returns at terminations
