Once on the roof, one needed to navigate past 37 skylights that were unprotected fall hazards. According to OSHA Standards, 3 violations on Berry’s roof needed correction: (1) the roof edge near the hatchway needed railing, (2) the open hatchway needed railing, and (3) the skylights needed protection.
